If you are a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days of the day the parcel reaches you, without giving any reason. Tell us before the fourteen days are up — an e-mail to [email protected] saying you withdraw is enough, and the form at the end of this page exists if you would rather use one.

Our drawings are a catalogue: you pick a size and a colour from a fixed list, and that is a stock variant, not a personalised order. So the exemption for goods made to your specification does not apply here, and we will never write that it does.

You chose one of two routes at checkout, before you paid, because there is no reply-to address on a blockchain.

In the same asset. We send it to the address you gave us at checkout. The amount is recalculated at the time of the refund so that what you receive is worth the euro amount you paid — not the number of coins you sent. If the asset fell, that is more coins than you sent; if it rose, fewer. Euro is the contract price; the coin was only how it was transferred.

By bank transfer in euro. To the IBAN you gave us. Same euro amount.

Either way we pay the network fee: you must receive the full euro amount, so nothing is deducted for gas or a miner. And either way we confirm the destination by e-mail before we send anything. We will not send a refund to an address that arrives in a message asking us to change it — that is what every refund fraud looks like, and the answer is always the same: we use the route recorded with the order, or we telephone.

That is not a withdrawal, it is a fault, and the two-year legal guarantee applies. Write to us with a photograph. A print that cracks, a seam that opens or a garment that arrives damaged is ours to put right — repair, replacement or money back — and the fourteen days have nothing to do with it.
