Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from anyone else's servers. The only personal data it ever handles is what you type into the reserve form, and we keep that for twelve months to write to you once.

what the reserve form collects
When you reserve a size or ask to be notified, the form sends us: the drawing you chose, your size, your e-mail address, your country, an optional note if you wrote one, the language you used, the price and the amount given at the time, your consent, and the time of sending. Nothing else. There is no account, no password and no payment detail, because there is no payment.
why
To keep your place and to write to you once, by e-mail, when the drawing you chose is printed, with a link you may use or ignore. Your country tells us where we would post it and whether a screen run makes sense. The note is read by a person.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)), given by the checkbox under the form, and the steps you asked us to take before a possible contract (article 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; we then delete the reservation.
how long
Twelve months from the day you send the form, or until you tell us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you say yes when the drawing is printed, the order that follows has its own record under invoicing law; if you say no or say nothing, the reservation is deleted at twelve months.
where it goes
The form posts to whatever endpoint is set in our site configuration — at the time of writing, none is set. It is one of two things, and this page is updated to name which:
- a form service (Web3Forms or Formspree), which receives the form and forwards it to our mailbox — the service is a processor acting on our instructions under its own data-processing terms; both are established in the United States, so the transfer rests on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in the service's terms, and on nothing else being sent than the fields listed above;
- or a single table in a database hosted by Supabase in the European Union, which only accepts inserts from the form and can be read only by us.
If no endpoint is set, the button opens your own e-mail program with the fields pre-filled and nothing leaves your device until you press send; the reservation then lives only in our mailbox.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else. The charity we give to never sees it.
cookies and storage
None by default. The language you choose (English or Arabic) is remembered in your browser's local storage under one key, on your device only; it is not a cookie, it is not sent anywhere, and you can clear it in your browser. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google. There is no analytics. If we ever add a visitor count it will be a cookie-less one, and this page will say so before it goes live.
your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and take it with you. Write to [email protected]; we answer within a month. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro, or to the authority in your own country.
