These are the terms on which FREE PALESTINE MEDIA S.R.L. sells the garments on this site. They are the same terms the checkout shows you before you pay, gathered on one page so you can read them without being in the middle of an order. Nothing here takes away a right EU consumer law gives you; where anything below would, the law wins and this sentence is why.

what is on sale

Printed garments from one edition, Edition 109. Each drawing has its own page with the garment it is printed on, the placement, the ink and the price. Some drawings are not printed yet — those pages say notify me and cannot be bought. One ground, Anthracite, can be previewed and cannot be ordered, because a dark garment needs a white underbase we have no print quote for. The page says so on the swatch and on the button.

Colours on a screen are not colours on cotton. The mockups are honest, and they are approximations.

how an order is made

  1. You put one or more drawings in the order and choose a colour and a size.
  2. You give a delivery address, an e-mail, and a route for a refund.
  3. You read the disclosure and choose an asset and a network.
  4. You press the button. That is the moment the contract is made, and the page then shows you the total, the exact amount in your asset, and the address to send it to.

Everything up to step 4 can be corrected by going back a step; nothing is written to our database until you press it. After that, write to [email protected] — we can change an address or cancel an order that has not been paid, and we would rather do that than post a parcel to the wrong street.

The contract is in English or in Arabic, whichever language you ordered in. We keep the order; you get a link to it with your own key in it, and that link is the copy we can show you.

the price

Prices are in euro, and euro is the currency of the contract: it is what the order stores, what the invoice carries, and what a refund is measured in. Prices are final consumer prices, VAT included; VAT status: VAT-registered (sample) — RO 12345678.

Beside each euro price you will see a figure in lei. That is a conversion at a published reference rate, shown with its date, so that a Romanian buyer sees a price in lei as Romanian law requires. It is not a second price and you never pay it.

Shipping is €6.90 within the countries the checkout offers, free from €90. The checkout offers only the countries we ship to. Somewhere else: write to us first and we will quote the postage before you order anything.

paying

Payment is in crypto and only in crypto: BTC on Bitcoin, ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana, or USDC or USDT on Ethereum or Solana. There is no card, no account and no password.

  • The amount is a quote, and it is held. The euro price is converted at a rate we take from two independent price feeds and cross-check. The page shows how long the quote is held and gives a grace window after it. Send the exact amount shown.
  • A crypto payment is final. We cannot reverse it, you cannot reverse it, and there is no chargeback. This is the reason the disclosure exists, and the reason for the next two lines.
  • The network is part of the address. You are responsible for sending the right asset, on the right network, to the right address. Anything sent on the wrong network may be lost for good. We will try to help; we cannot promise recovery.
  • On Ethereum, send ETH straight from a wallet — not through a Safe, a multisig or a swap router. A contract-forwarded ETH transfer leaves no record we can read, so it arrives and nothing in our system knows. USDC and USDT are fine either way.
  • The network fee is yours. The amount that has to arrive is the amount we quote.
  • Tolerance. If a little less arrives — up to €0.50 or 1 % under — we treat the order as paid. If more than that is missing, we hold the order and show you what is left to send. If more than that arrives, we write to you and send the difference back; we do not keep it.
  • If the quote runs out before you send. Nothing is owed and nothing was taken. The page gives you a fresh price. If money arrives after the quote has expired, we recognise it, re-price the order at that day's rate, and show you the difference — we do not quietly hold you to an old number, in either direction.
  • We never ask for a memo naming this site, a country or a cause. The only text we ever put in a payment field is «Edition 109 · order FPW-XXXXXX».

when it is paid

An order is paid when the transfer is confirmed on its chain — two confirmations on Bitcoin, twelve on Ethereum, the confirmed commitment on Solana, and more than that above €1 000. A program on our own machine watches the chain; there is no button anywhere that marks an order paid without it.

delivery

Printed to order and posted from the EU. We aim to hand a parcel to the carrier within five working days of payment, and we write to you when we do, with the tracking. If we cannot deliver at all we say so and refund in full. Risk passes to you when the parcel reaches you.

the fourteen-day right

Fourteen days from the day the parcel reaches you, no reason needed, and paying in crypto changes none of it. How it works, what we refund, what it costs you and the model withdrawal form are all on the returns page.

A refund is measured in euro — the euro price you were charged — and paid to the route you chose at checkout: the same asset, recomputed at the rate on the day we refund, or SEPA. We pay the network fee. We refund within fourteen days of your notice.

what we do not do

We do not hold your money, we do not take anyone else's money for onward transfer, and we do not sell anything on behalf of anyone. For every T-shirt sold we give a fixed amount from our own revenue, and every transfer is published on the ledger. That is our giving, not a charge on you, and it is not tax-deductible for you.

if something goes wrong

Write to [email protected] first. If that does not settle it, a consumer in Romania can take a complaint to ANPC — the links are in the footer of every page and on the imprint. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, so it is ANPC's own alternative-dispute-resolution route.

Romanian law applies, and nothing in that choice takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in.

changes

We may change these terms for future orders. The terms that bind your order are the ones on this page on the day you placed it, and the order confirmation carries the date.
